What's your Story?

Everyone has a story about the challenges of  stigma or human rights violations - either  theirs or someone else's. There is  also the  positive side  -   overcoming  the difficulties  or binds of being stigmatised and 'excluded'.  We invite you to  change lives,  encourage others and build knowledge by sharing  your stories. Send us a  video story, photo essay or simply  write a few lines. Stories must be but please change names in respect of confidentiality. Only stories in which explicit statements of confidentiality have been given in respect  of relevent persons  will be shared online.

Donovan Emmanuel is a trained HIV and AIDS activist, peer educator and voluntary testing counselor, and has worked in these capacities with United Gays and Lesbians against Aids Barbados (UGLAAB), Associate for International Development (AID Inc.), Community Health Action and Transformation (CHAT) and Caribbean HIV&AIDS Alliance (CHAA). he was a recipient  of the empowerment  programmes and HIV private  sector and community  partnership project  implemented by AIDInc and CHAT  in barbados and managed  by CHAA.  He went on the work with these non gonvermental  orgniaiont and supported  other related initiatives  both in Barbados and regionally. Listen  his vision for supporting righst of the most vlnerable.
